What is the AMATS Bike Plan Implementation Project all about?
The Anchorage Metropolitan Area Transportation Solutions (AMATS), in coordination with the Municipality of Anchorage (MOA) and the Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF) is planning to design and construct recommended projects from the 2010 Anchorage Bicycle Plan (Bike Plan).
